Top Three Reasons to Donate to Dace’s Rock ‘n’ More Music Academy on Tuesday, December 3rd...

...of which all are reason number one and presented here in no particular order.

Reason Number One.

It Keeps the cost of tuition affordable to all.

Historically, Rock ‘n’ More has always had the lowest or nearly the lowest tuition rates in the area and has also always had very experienced, talented, and professional music instructors, most of whom have been with us for over a decade. This is because of you, our community. We have been able to offer the highest quality music education at tuition rates that are affordable for all because of your generous support. And now, on Giving Tuesday, we are calling on you once again to help sustain our mission as we move into the next year.

And we have some very exciting things planned for next year, which will mark our 20th anniversary. We are planning a music festival featuring current and former Rock ‘n’ More students. Watch out for more about that around the beginning of Spring. We are working towards and hoping to have announcements about our endowment funds and what we are calling the “Megaplex” in 2025 also.

Reason Number One.

It keeps in the living spirit of Daniel Atteberry.

Daniel Atteberry was a talented, kind, and wonderful student who passed away in 2017 and for whom our tuition assistance fund is named. Daniel embodied the spirit of Rock ‘n’ More. He loved music and was an excellent student and teammate in the Rockology class. His memory is a constant reminder to work and play with a kind heart, just like Daniel.

And last but not least.

Reason Number One.

We are a safe place for historically marginalized communities.

By law, as part of our 501(c)(3) status, Rock ‘n’ More is not allowed to endorse any political party or candidate, and we don’t. The following is fact and not an opinion, endorsement, or lack thereof.

The incoming Presidential administration has promised to make life difficult for people of marginalized communities. Most explicitly but not limited to, the LGBTQ and immigrant communities within the USA. Rock ‘n’ More has always been an inclusive space. It was written into our mission statement from the very beginning. Now, more than ever, we want everyone to know that Rock ‘n’ More is a safe and supportive place for everyone who chooses to practice their instrument rather than bigotry. Practice music, not hate.

Rock ‘n’ More stands in solidarity with YOU. We see you. We celebrate you. We are you. Now and forever!
