We are pleased to announce a suite of FREE & REDUCED classes for Fall 2026. We received the 4Culture Public Access Grant this year to enable us to better serve our community. 4Culture is paying for these classes to be offered for free or greatly reduced. Rock 'n' More is proud to be able to offer high quality music education to ALL members of our community.

Live Streaming and Audio Engineering with Hippie Jonny
(Ages 12-19)
10 weeks + performance
Tuesdays 7:30 - 8:30PM

If you are interested in audio technology, video production, or live streaming, this is the class for you! We will be recording band practices, interviewing band members, shooting B-roll, and editing video this quarter, on top of live streaming the Rockcital on December 13th. Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 PM-8:30 PM in our Loft Space. Sign up and learn a thing or two about audio/visual technology, creative problem solving, live streaming events, and most importantly, having a good time, all the time.
In addition to regular class dates and times, there will be optional extended class periods as the class progresses. The end of the class culminates in the group live streaming the Rockcital (Rock 'n' More student bands performing) on December 13th, so students will be asked to attend that event. For students available, there will be an additional event on Saturday, August 8th, the Rockologicon, Rock 'n' More's annual fundraiser and Hippie Jonny would love his A/V crew there.
Kids Pop Vocals (Ages 7-13)

So many of us love pop artists and their songs, but have you ever tried to sing them? Or sing them well? This class will explore the fundamentals of singing with power & confidence by giving kids the skills to improve their vocal repitoire. We will explore various pop singers of 2026 like Charlie XCX, Bruno Mars, Katseye, Benson Boone, Sabrina Carpenter, and more! The class consists of warmp-ups, vocal exercises, mimicking pop voices, and every kid has a chance to sing on a mic in the MOST supportive environment possible.
Dace’s B.U.G. (Bass, Ukulele, Guitar) Orchestra

If you play bass, ukulele, or guitar, I (Dace) have curated an epic piece of legendary music for YOU, and our group requires your talents in order to achieve the mission. Last quart the mission was to blend Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in Dm with Pachelbel’s Canon in D. This quarter will be a similar goal but Dace has something a little different up her sleeve! We might throw in a sweet guitar solo -or uke solo or bass solo- if we feel like it too. This is going to be super cool. Class will perform the piece at the Rockcital on December 13th.
This class is a reduced tuition class. Price is $90 for the entire session. As always, tuition assistance is available for anyone who needs it. Email info@rocknmore.org to apply for tuition assistance for this class.
Audition Preparation (Ages 13+)

Are you a singer or an actor looking to workshop your audition material? This is your place! I want to create a space for you to come practice your songs or monologues for auditions. No experience needed, just a desire to work hard. We will cover things like, how to find a monologue or a song for your audition, we will also go over ear training and tone matching. You will have a chance to practice in front of each other in a VERY supportive environment. Note: You do NOT need to have an audition coming up in order to take this class.
Group Vocals
(Ages 7-13)

This class will help improve your singing by covering the fundamentals of singing. We will work with our diaphram, do vocal exercises, movement and mimicking, and then put it all into action by singing songs. You are also welcome to sing on the mic in this class!
Group Vocals & Harmony (Ages 13+)

This class will help improve your singing by covering the fundamentals of singing, while also building your ear towards singing harmony. We will work with our diaphram, do vocal exercises, harmony exercises, and then put it all into action by singing songs with each other. Note: this is not a choir, it's more of a class to work on your vocals so you can sing harmony with other people or in a band.
