Lesson Tuition
Lessons are $185/month for 4 half hour lessons per month. Payment is due at the beginning of each month for the entire month.
The Daniel Atteberry Tuition Assistance Program provides all students the opportunity to take lessons regardless of ability to pay. If you need help with payment contact arielle@rocknmore.org
The lessons will be at the same time and day each week at whatever time and day works best for you and your teacher.
There are a few days throughout the year that are designated as make up lesson days (as can be seen in the calendar here) in case you must skip a lesson for any reason. Please give us as much notice as possible when you need to miss a lesson as make up times are finite and may get booked up. We’ll do everything we can to help you as long you communicate with us what it is you need. If notice of a missed lesson is not given at least 24 hours prior to your lesson time, NO make-up lesson will be given. If no notice of a missed lesson is given, NO make-up lesson will be given.
Rockology Tuition:
Rockology is a quarterly group rock band class. Each session lasts approximately 3 months and includes 6 one-hour rehearsals. The quarterly session will be concluded with a performance by all prepared Rockology bands. All backline for the Rockcital, which includes amplifiers and a drum set, will be provided by Rock ‘n’ More.
Our Rockology band class is $300 per quarter (including a Rockcital t-shirt!) Payment must be made on our website and before the first rehearsal unless other arrangements have been made with us.
PAYMENT POLICY
In order to ensure that the necessary resources are available so that we can continue with our non-profit, community based mission, it is very important that tuition payments are on time. Therefore, Dace’s Rock ‘n’ More Music Academy has enacted this simple and straightforward tuition payment policy.
Our tuition payment policy is that all payments for private lessons are to be made on or before the 1st day of the month. Every weekday after the 10th day that the payment is late will result in an additional late fee of $10/day. If you make your payment at the first lesson of the month then you will always be on time. If you forget, you’ll still have a couple days to get the payment in.
As part of our easy to remember tuition payment plan, we would like all of our students and/or their parents/guardians (if student is under 18) to sign an agreement stating that they realize when the due date is and that they agree to abide by it.
The lessons last for a half hour each, there are usually four of them per month, and you sign up and pay for one lesson billing group at a time. You can see the billing groups on the calendar below. If you start after the first lesson of a billing group, we will prorate your first bill to reflect that and, beginning your first full billing group, you will pay before the first day of each month.
All students are required to enroll in Autopay for lesson charges billed on the first of each month, unless other arrangements have been made with us. This helps simplify billing for families and our staff while ensuring invoices are paid on time and don't get overlooked. The process only takes a few minutes and will ask you to enter your preferred payment method and authorize the monthly lesson charges. If you decide to discontinue lessons in the future, you can simply cancel Autopay yourself or notify our front desk before your next billing cycle, and we'll disable it for you.
