Supersonic Sound Camp

A WEEKLONG DAY CAMP FOR AGES 8-12

Dace’s Rock ‘n’ More Music Academy, Steamboat Studio, and Covington Parks and Rec are combining forces and resources this summer for a one-of-a-kind weeklong science, art, and music day camp in Maple Valley.

You’ll spend about half of each day rocking out with Rock ‘n’ More Music Academy. And about half of each day learning the about the science and art behind the music. The camp culminates to a final gallery to showcase what students have been working on in the camp. 

With Rock ‘n’ More...
You'll learn about many genres of music and the instruments that are used to play them. (Guitar, bass, drums, piano/keyboard, singing). Then you'll learn to play a song or two with some of those instruments, start a band, and perform for family and friends at the end of the week. 

With Steamboat Studio...
Make music-inspired artwork, play with color and light, "slow down" a guitar string, make patterns with your voice, and design a logo and poster for your band!

Enrollment is limited to 20 students per camp, register early to insure yourself a spot!
